Most websites quietly hand your visit to a dozen advertising and analytics companies. We don't. This page explains exactly what we do and don't do with your information — in plain English, no legalese padding.
We only receive information you choose to send us. We don't collect anything in the background.
If you fill out our contact form, we receive the name, email, and message you enter. It's emailed to us and stored on our own mail server. That's it.
If you send us a file through our upload page, we receive the file and the name, email, and any note you attach. Files are stored privately on our own server and aren't publicly accessible. We delete them once they're no longer needed for your project.
Our booking system (Easy!Appointments) runs on our own server — it's not a third-party service like Calendly. When you book, it collects the contact and appointment details you enter (name, email, phone, address, and what you need help with) and stores them in our own database. Confirmation emails are sent through our own mail server.
If you buy something, the order details (name, email, items, amount) are stored on our own server so we can fulfill your order. Your card details are never sent to or stored on our server — see the Stripe section below.
Our internal staff tracker is password-protected and used only by our own team. It isn't accessible to site visitors and doesn't collect anything from them.
We'd love to say "zero third parties," but two are genuinely necessary, and we'd rather name them honestly than hide them.
When you make a purchase, payment is processed by Stripe, a certified payment processor. Your card information goes directly to Stripe and never touches our server — this is the industry-standard, secure way to handle payments. Stripe sets its own cookies and collects payment data only during checkout, under their own privacy policy. If you never buy anything, Stripe is never involved.
That's the only third party that ever receives your data. We use no advertising networks, no analytics providers, no social media trackers, and no content-delivery or tracking scripts.
We use no tracking or advertising cookies — none. The only cookies that ever get set are strictly functional ones that the site can't work without:
That's the complete list. No analytics cookies, no advertising cookies, nothing that profiles you or follows you elsewhere.
We keep the information you send us only as long as we need it. Contact messages and project files are kept while we're working with you and removed afterward. Order records are kept for our business and tax obligations. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see below).
Under Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA) — and, for visitors in Europe, the GDPR — you can ask us to:
Just email us and we'll take care of it. Because we hold so little to begin with, these requests are usually quick to honour.

If we ever change how we handle information, we'll update this page and the date at the top. We have no plans to add tracking or analytics — keeping this site clean is a deliberate choice, not an accident.
